Richmond County and Burke County men arrested in Aiken County – wanted by Georgia prison officials

(Aiken, SC) – Its not a good thing when the Georgia Department of Corrections wants you.
Well, Two Georgia men can attest to that. They were arrested yesterday in Aiken County.
20-year-old T’Varis Jordan of Waynesboro, Georgia and 63-year-old Rickey Thomas of Augusta, GA were arrested about the same time Monday afternoon, Nov. 20, 2017 and are booked into the Aiken County Detention Center.
Both men have South Carolina records.
The younger man, Jordan was picked up in June 2015 on numerous drug charges including crack cocaine, illegal prescription and possession of Oxycontin. It’s not clear why both men are wanted in Georgia.
